Tom Vayda of Vayda Enterprises and Flying V Productions presents a special benefit event for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society of Utah.
On April 8, the legendary Harry O’s opens its doors for this event to create an unparalleled evening of music, dancing and art.
The evening features the headline performance from The Ray Johnston Band. Former NBA Dallas Maverick, Ray Johnston, front man for the eponymous headline act was featured in the HDNet docuseries, Road Diaries which chronicles his own battle with Leukemia. Now cancer-free, Johnston and his Dallas based band have been traveling the country performing alongside, Cheap Trick, Cowboy Mouth and other celebrated stars of groove-rock. The event is supported by NBA star and Utah Sports Basketball Hall of Famer, Mark Eaton who will appear during the breaks.
Our other acts will include DJ Motto of Conscious Evolution and V2am playing a set of fusion upbeat progressive house music starting with an elegant world beat feel. Our alternative performance artists include sensual aerial silk performances by Adriane of Fire Muse Circus and LED hoopers from the Hula Hoopligans, Hoopologist and others performance artists.
The event will be hosted by Tom Vayda and Lisa Coltman.
